One sentence for Figfx…THE WORST BROKER EVER SEEN..
a) rude and arrogant helpdesk,I ask questions and they don’t know what to answer they close the conversations and just say “have a nice day” and throw you out from the chat room..
I have the proof of the chats I have saved.
b) you never find them online,you see the label online blinking but in reality they are offline.You can try ten times per day and you can never find them.If you ask them why they aren’t online they say that they are busy…
c) they don’t have an email service.Strange the operators gave me their mail to submit questions and I NEVER HAD AN ANSWER.I have the proof of all this.(copy of the mails sent)
d) they don’t have a landline number and you can’t contact them by phone.It’s not a joke,it’s Figfx…You can only contact them by chat…incredibile!!!
e) I have found a number on their website once and there is always a fax…
f) the broker is actually in Cyprus and not in the US.They use the US address to promote themselves.
g)After complaining about all these problems I started to have requotes on the system..I never had them before.I got in trades winning 25/30 pips in one go and then couldn’t close the trade.How strange,are they trying to throw me out as a customer?
I only started having requotes after complaining about how rude the operators are and how inefficient they are.
h) the operators are totally unprofessionaly.They don’t know anything about forex.You ask technical questions,they keep you online for 25/30 mins without answers.
I am very sorry to give this review because I beleived in FIGFX and have promoted the company with friends,relatives and on fx related forums always saying they were one of the best companies.(I also have the proof of this,mails,chats etc)
I think an operator should respect the customer,help him in a kind way to solve his problems and try to let him trade without any problems.
Losing 20 pips after trying to close a winning trade with more than 30 pip profit is absolutely a scam behaviour.
Their answer was that I have problems with my computer…
My computer is absolutely fine and before I never had problems with them,I trade on other platforms and never had 7/8 requotes to close a trade.(not in news time)
They have closed the conversation with me several times saying that they didn’t want to deal with my requote problems….
The rating for me at the beginning was 8 no it 0.
They are kind and gentle at the beginning in order to make you open the account and then they just treat you like mud.

i do not know why a broker will make its self so invisible to its customers, figfx is so invisible that they cant be contacted by phone but only via chat that is not even 24 hours, when the chat is active the customer care reps are few to attend to all the customers. figfx is so careless that they play with peoples capital, i recently (on 6-2-2011) funded my account with figfx but as i write this today (14-2-2011) i have not seen the money either in my mt4 account or my traders panel of figfx. before now i have sent them more than eighteen emails but no one replied or acted. i found this number +1.302.295.0959 at http://figfxng.com/contact.php via google, i called the number and someone pick but didnt say anything. figfx is a bad example of forex broker. i will advice nobody to ever use figfx.
