I’ve been trading with UFX BANK thinking that your financials experts are not actually experts. Just recently at the time the Gold was rising I went along through the suggestion of your financial expert to buy Gold against the U.S. dollars, instead I lost $800 in one shot. This is quite deceptive your people are just simply guessing. Just as I want to make my complain in confidential, I’ve been through with this several times and its heart breaking. When I started I was given a lousy $300 dollars and lately I wanted to pull out and the told me that I have to trade so much millions of points in order to be able to pull out. This has never been explain to me and this is another deceptive. I may have to complain to the proper channel to see what their perspective on this issue. I simply lost more money than making money…enough to loose confidence and set back my composure on this activity.
